The CVS-IL boiler is a horizontal fire-tube steam generator with two gas passes, with an integrated water-tube furnace, suitable for burning wood or other solid fuels, designed for operation with high thermal efficiency, with the following construction features:

• Modern and compact design;
• Three gas passes (one in the furnace and two in the body);
• Easy to adapt to existing plants;
• Cooled construction, without refractories in the heat exchange zones;
• Modern and innovative design with external cover in galvanized aluminum sheet;
• Semi-flat tubular grates for burning wood in logs or inclined for burning chopped biomass;
• Forced draft for combustion control and fuel economy;
• Structural design and manufacturing in accordance with ASME-Section I;
• Welding processes and qualified welders in accordance with ASME-Section IX Standard;
• Two valves for bottom discharges;
• Pump for automatic water supply (second pump optional);
• Injector for manual water supply in accordance with NR-13.
